This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered by Paul and a Pack (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We operate exclusively as a print-on-demand retailer, which means all products are made to order and shipped directly from our partner print facilities and fulfilment providers.
We do not hold stock or personally dispatch products from our own premises.

2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed automatically once payment has been confirmed.
- Each product is printed and prepared individually to your specifications.
- Production times vary depending on the product and supplier location but typically range between 2–7 business days before dispatch.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another notification once your item has been shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and depend on:
- The destination country,
- The supplier’s production location, and
- The chosen shipping method.

Typical delivery times are:
- UK orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- EU orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International orders (outside EU): 7–20 business days after dispatch
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

3.2 Multi-Item Orders
If your order contains multiple products, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers and shipped separately.
You will receive separate tracking numbers where applicable.

3.3 Tracking Information
Where possible, tracking details are provided by our fulfilment partners.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update once the order has been marked as shipped.

4. International Shipping
We deliver worldwide. Please note:
- Import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees may be applied by your local authorities.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
- Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal networks.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
- The product type,
- The destination address, and
- The shipping method selected.
Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.

6. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed at customs, the item may be returned to the print provider or destroyed depending on local policies.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements in such cases.
If you realise you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at paulandapack@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your order before production or dispatch begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe:

2. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
3. We will liaise with our production partner to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note that replacements will only be issued for faulty or misdelivered items, not for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Responsibility for Delivery
All orders are shipped directly from our trusted print-on-demand partners.
Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to you upon delivery by the courier or postal service.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of our website or purchase of products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
