Returning items

​Before returning any items, please contact us to discuss the issue — we’ll be happy to help.

Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

​

Because our products are made to order and often personalised, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size/design. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude custom or personalised goods from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Lost Orders

​

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Processing Time

​

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days of us agreeing to a refund.

​

Incorrect or Unclaimed Addresses

​

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, or if a parcel is unclaimed, it may be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we confirm your updated address.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
